How long will it take to receive my merchandise order?
J & J Merchandise processes and ships your orders within 1-2 days of receipt. after that, delivery time depends upon the type of shipping service you've specified. during holiday season, additional time may be required due to heavy shipping demands, and possible inclement weather in some parts of the country.

What are some of the reasons a shipment might not get to me?
Packages are sometimes returned with the notation, "3 delivery attempts - no one home." the carrier will usually leave a card advising that the package is being held. be sure to follow the instructions on carrier note. many people forget to check their P.O Boxes and the carrier returns the package to us. if you are expecting a package and are not going to be home during the day, call the carrier to make special arrangements.

Can i use a Post Office Box?
Yes. however, when possible, your delivery address should always be a street address. shipments to P.O Boxes should be avoided. Please avoid shipping to P.O Boxes Whenever Possible.

What if my shipment appears to be lost?
This is extremely rare. However, if you haven't received your order within the normal delivery time, contact us and we'll investigate. if you contact us regarding a lost shipment and it arrives soon afterwards, let us know so we can stop continuing the investigation.

What is your return policy?
Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 10% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement. CONDITIONS Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by J & J Merchandise. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Sample items are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
